How to play the game:

!!! THE GAME ONLY WORKS ON WINDOWS !!! (unless you are running it directly in an IDE such as IntelliJ or Eclipse)

1. You need Java version 17.0.10 installed on your machine. All archived downloads can be found on: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk17-archive-downloads.html

• Once you have the correct version of Java 17.0.10 installed, all you need to do is click on the "runGame" Windows Command and that's it! If any security pop-ups show up,
  click "more information" and then "run anyway" for the Windows Defender popup.

This game was created by Seth Grimes and Brianna Hacker using Java. The source code for the game is also in the .zip file, so you can take a look at what it is before running it, if you wish. The Github for the game is also here: seth1299/Advanced_Java_Group_Final_Project (github.com)

All the runGame.cmd file is is one line that says "java -jar Castle_Mistdark_Runnable.jar".
